BlueEyes: Yeah sure thing I'll post it as a deck too. In my mind, if this deck played against a control deck with counters and card draw then we would have to take the aggressive role, and if we played against an aggro deck we'd take a control role, therefore it's a midrange deck because its role changes based on the matchup. i definitely agree with you that it's on the control side of midrange, in that against some other midrange decks it would be the control potentially. I appreciate you looking at it, thanks!
UpperDecker: The creatures that die to languish can be exploited to sidisi, become a planeswalker, or otherwise generate enough value on their own that when languish needs to be cast its ok. And when languish is in our opening hand we can sequence our spells accordingly. Decks like abzan midrange run 2 boardwipes that kill all of their creatures but it still is a good card to have access to. I would agree that doing something like jamming 4 languish would be not particularly great though, but 2 seems ok. What do you think?

Could you please post this as a TappedOut deck? Using these forums to get us to go to your blog is all well and good I guess but TappedOut exists for looking at other member's decklist on here. Also this isn't midrange, this is a control build. You're running boardwipes and two 8 drop win conditions. That sounds like control to me :P
