FNM is tomorrow and I have 2 deck ideas which one has a better chance to win and is overall a better deck?
Penalty Red or Pyromancers Apprentice
Any fast help would be greatly appreciated thank you.

I would have to say that Pyromancers Apprentice looks like the better build. It's faster and is running a bit more removal. Your side board looks pretty well set in this build also. The speed gives it a big advantage against control or slow decks. The removal helps push through damage and solidifies your board presence while diminishing your opponents.
Your Penalty build suffers a lot to big decks. There's no drawback to murdering Regent or Scab Clan Berserker in combat. Eidolon would likely be dealt with immediately for nothing more than 2 damage and he's horrible in combat since you don't want to chance a trade and lose your taxing body. All that being said, it also seems like this deck would just about shred any deck relying on spot removal.
You just need to make a little bit of a meta call on this one. If you're unsure, I would definitely go with the Pyromancer since it should be well suited in a much more varied meta. I hope this helps!

@Behgz You want to tell me why in a forum with the title Mono Red help a forum that has 2 Mono Red decks linked in it asking which one is better you post a Red Green deck are you alright in the head?

This one has a much better chance than either of those. Shouldn't be too hard to tweak your deck to these specifications.
