Basically anything under 3cmc is going to be good for an rdw. But some things that sparked out to me were:
Rolling Thunder War Horn Slab Hammer Impact Tremors Goblin War Paint Sure Strike Temur Battle Rage Mage-Ring Bully scab-clan berserkers Lavastep Raider and Makindi Sliderunner

Lightning berserker, goblin heelcutter, mardu scout, magmatic insight, dragon fodder, exquisite firecraft, wild slash, possibly goblin piledriver of u have enough goblins.

With sure strike, temur battle rage, rolling thunder, magmatic insight, dragon fodder, and wild slash you have more than enough of those. Then adding Impact tremors if you do go mass goblin route you are looking good

would it be a good idea to keep ugin, the spirit dragon in my deck

Not really. He is a great card but not in an rdw deck. He would ve far to slow. If you aren't really interested in branching out, I would say sell it and get other cards that help.support your rdw option

It looks like you're about to have an exciting time building a new deck. For me, this experimental process is best when considering these things:
1) What do you LIKE to play? There are arguably three main archetypes- aggro, control, and combo. Other styles are typically variations, like aggro-combo. What style do you like to play? Failing a hard example of decks, consider aggro with red or black in the current Standard format. While going with aggro, I respectfully agree with others' recommendations about keeping your converted mana costs to 3 or less, which requires subtle manipulation of your mana base. While colorless cards look cool, having Mountains when you need colorless mana stinks, for personal experiences.
--->> What kinds of things make you happy to play a deck?
2) What is your metagame environment? Are you wanting to play at your local gaming shop with like-minded people who have similar card pools from which to draw? Do you set sights on a tournament in the near future? How often will you play your deck, maybe in a typical week? How agreeable are you to obtaining new cards by purchase, trade, or ripping open packs? These questions help me, at least, better understand how and when you will play whatever deck or card choice I offer.
Failing these answers, just try an aggressive red deck with 20 lands, with about ~20 creatures, 8 buff spells, and the remaining direct damage that can target either a creature and/or an opponent. Take advantage of Tormenting Voice by discarding burn spells that won't help you at the foreseeable future. That's a simplified red aggressive deck, in my humble opinion. I doubt we can offer more detailed choices until we have better answers about how and why you may play any deck. Any other answers are merely an attempt to pick up the best cards off your table and shove 'em into a 60 card deck and pretend how that somehow means good deck construction.
These are just my humble suggestions, offered in the spirit of competitive play. Again, congratulations your bravery to post help for your emerging deck. Be and play well!

Maybe give us a short list of some of the cards you have. Mono red burn decks are usually the best Budget red decks
