Hi there, I could use some help building an alright standard deck... but using only cards that I already have. Which are... https://deckbox.org/sets/1637451#
I'm not likely to look throw 16 pages of cards to help build you a deck based on nothing. Pick a card or group of cards you like or a mechanic you like. Once people on here know cards, colors and mechanics we will be more likely to be able to help you. It is also helpful to determine your play style. Are you a control player? Prefer Aggro or Midrange decks? For me personally I love decks hat can go really wide really fast and then get bigger via effects or counters or Lords. Deck building is my favorite part about MTG so don't rob yourself the pleasure. Start tinkering and playtesting on TappedOut then use this community to help fine tune it. Best of luck and Happy Brewing!

As sad/frustrating as it is you really can't build a deck that can compete at FNM with just the cards that you already own.
Deckbuilding is also a skill that can't be described in the space of one message on Tappedout.
Here is a good overview of the deck building process:
It's long and quite complex because good deck building takes time to learn.
Most people on Tappedout have learnt how to do it, with varying degrees of success, so it's not impossible.
If you just want a deck to play against friends who are building decks from their collection, that is easier to do.
I would encourage you to build a basic deck, then come back and post it in this topic for us to look at.
Look at your cards, find one or two that is/are interesting to you, and use that as a basis for what colours and mechanics you will focus on.
Good luck.

To complement everyone else's comments, I'd also recommend looking up The Mana Source and Strictly Better MTG on YouTube. They do a lot of deck builds and explain why they choose each card. They also go into synergies and combos the deck can produce and how to pick those out yourself. Even if they aren't building decks you want to play, watching them is still very valuable.
You're constantly getting insight into what other types of decks are being played and how they are being used. You also get even more exposure into how to build decks in general.

Considering when I added a 1 dollar and up filter there was only 19 cards and none of which are more than a 1 of Id say sell everything you can at your lgs they should have a buylist, from what i can tell youd get 25 some dollars at a fair price 20 minim if your lgs is super stingy theyd basically be getting free stuff at that point, then throw 10 dollars on it and youd have about 35 for a budget deck which is pretty good this standard

Short answer, you can't. You can throw any old shit together but you lack any sort of consistency.
