Need help finalizing a fun deck and making sideboard

So I have a fun deck based around drawing a bunch of cards and making my opponent mill with Sphinx's Tutelage that I am going to be playing at FNM. I don't really care about going top at FNM (if I did, I would be playing Mardu Dragons and not A-Sultai Formation) as much as I am going to have fun. My deck is right here: Sphinx's Revenge (Needs Help!)

I am pretty set on the colors but still need some help finalizing the cards. I also need help on a sideboard for the deck. I have thoughts on my sideboard in the description

PLEASE NOTE THAT I HAVE TWO PLACEHOLDERS! Don't go adding comments that Greenside Watcher and Choking Sands are not standard legal like the one person who didn't read my description
