Here is the link to the deck, and I'd like some help. Looking at winning standard decks has left me at a loss for deckbuilding. All advice welcome. http://tappedout.net/mtg-decks/11-04-16-yHG-rakdos-madness/
EDIT: Thanks for all the help so far, but now I'd like some sideboard help. This is the first competitive standard deck I've ever attempted to build so thank you for your advice

You're not playing white? That means you're doing it wrong. But seriously your deck is kinda weird. It has a lot of early aggression and then a Chandra and two Kolaghans. Go full on aggro by cutting ghe high drops or midrange and cut the early drops that don't nothing else than attack.

Honestly i play something similar, i'm more focused on the opponent's hand tho.I think my deck seem more balanced than yours.(I just changed something added 3 Drana, instead of 3 To the slaughter OR Ultimate price, i need to change something concerning theses cards, since i need to the slaughter against all the planeswalker that will appear Nahiri or all the White/Black planeswalker available, and ultimate price against avacyn, who is a serious threat for this deck ..)

Not much more from me has not been mentioned in the comments so far, but this really looks lackluster.
Outlets/madness ratio is very skewed in favor of the outlets. Figure out the right ratio.
Chandra is very weak, cut her and focus on more aggression. 2 dragonlords are already too much of a top end and they are a better Chandra.
Reach that does not go to the face is bad.
Incorrigible Youths are a 4-of in this deck, as is Asylum Visitor.
