New player deck color help

So I've been playing magic for about a month now and am trying to build a competing deck. It is a RG landfall deck but I seem to get mopped up by these experienced players decks with all these removal spells. Is red greed to right route or should I be moving toward another color? I know in the end it's my choice but I'm curious of some more experienced players take.

UpperDeckerTaco thanks, do you know some other combos or types a new player could look into? That you would recommend yourself...

It would be dependent on your knowledge of the meta, how much you are willing to spend ($$) and what is your favorite style (midrange, aggro, tempo, control, combo). I would recommend the u/r aggro because it's not going to hurt your wallet and it definitely has some game so that'd be an Aggro budget deck you could do or you could go with Mono-White Humans for an aggro deck. If you like combo, G/B Cryptolith Rite is going to be your forte. If you love midrange, I have a sweet deck I came up with Jund Dragons - FNM Style or you can try the G/W Tokens build. If you are a tempo player, Bant Collected Company or U/W tempo might be for you. If you like control, I'd suggest either U/R Pyromancer's Goggles Control or Esper Dragons or Esper Planeswalker Control.
It all depends on your playstyle, or if you are keen to playing certain colors or what your budget is

The easiest decks to learn and pilot are probably mono-white humans, u/r aggro, and my Jund build. Bant Company is kind of somewhat easy, but there are lines of play in it that can be tricky.

It depends on preference. R/G landfall isn't as good as it used to be because fetch lands are no longer in standard. But aggressive shells are not bad. I would stop using landfall creatures and start using value 1, 2, and some 3 drop creatures. Along with spells that pump like Titan's Strength to hit for massive amounts of damage. Preferably, if I were to go the aggressive route and use pump spells, I'd go U/R. It has better spells, better protection, and just more resilient.
