Hey guys,
I recently started playing magic. I was wondering if you guys could give me feedback on my deck:http://tappedout.net/mtg-decks/03-10-15-eYB-deck-from-paste/
I am going for a monored aggro.
I have been playing with it on cockatrice. Early and midgame I am winning, but late game (when the 8/8 monsters come out) I sort of fall flat sometimes. Am I just not using the cards correctly or does the deck need work?
Goal is to play standard at LGS.
Your deck is doing fine. It isn't meant to be a late game deck, so if you're losing late then your best bet is just try to kill them faster.

Best of luck in your goal, but looking at your deck...yeah you are meant to win early. If it gets to late you gotta hope you got them low enough to burn them out. Also Roast is somewhat niche since it misses flying creatures, and dragons are still a thing. I recommend sideboarding it for something else.

Aggro is a good way to start because it's fairly straightforward. As an aggro player (in constructed anyway) I will say it still requires a lot of skill to master, but the particular skill a good aggro player needs is sequencing your plays properly so you can push through that 20 damage as fast as possible. That is the skill you need to develop.
It's also important to build decks very efficiently. You don't want a lot of big spells, which is a mistake I see a lot of new players make. You want cheap ones that do work early.
Mono-red is a good way to start and is always a thing. Having burn also helps a lot. It's not my specialty, but I'll have a look at the deck when I get home from work and give whatever advice I can.
Oh, and welcome to Magic!

Welcome to Magic, land of lands! As a former and future Red Aggro player, I will be happy to help you. Just tell me if there are any specific things you are having trouble with and I'll be happy to help.
As for what you asked, just play faster. Your opponent should never be allowed to stop losing life, or get out a huge monster. Make sure to kill them before they can do that.

Should I keep Titan's Strength in my hand for the instances where I need to take out a big monster?
What about burn cards? Should I save those for the big monsters or when i draw them, use them on the player.

The mentality you should have is that you are going after your opponent and their creatures are simply speed bumps. In mono-red you should start attacking the moment the game begins and pretty much never stop. If you do this, by the time they get out blockers you should be able to finish your opponent off with burn. If their blockers become too big a problem you can burn them too, as long as this allows you to hit your opponent to get their life total down.

Link for the lazy...
As far as I see, it's pretty solid, though you might want to take out the Dragon Whisperer for some more burn.
