Optimizing U/B Control Creatureless

First of all, here's the decklist: Who Says You Need Creatures to Win?

I'm trying to make a competetive u/b control deck for use at fnm and game day, and need some help perfecting it. Mostly with regards to manabase and the best removal/counterspells to use, but help of any kind will be appreciated.
