Playing Mono-Black and looking for a way to Manifest Non-Black Creatures

I'm putting together a Mono-Black deck called Three Card Monte.

I want to use Ghastly Conscription to take all the Creature cards out of my Opponent's Graveyard.

Is there any way in Standard at the moment that I would be able to flip Non-Black Creatures?

That's actually not a bad idea.

I like that better than the other solution I thought of, which was using Meteorite. I would have to take a card I need for that, though.

I'm gonna put 2 Nomad Outpost and 2 Opulent Palace in.

It's not essential to be able to flip the cards but it would be a nice bonus to use somebody's Archangel of Tithes against them.
