Possible to build an Artifact Mill Deck?

Hi everyone! It's that time of year again! Aether Revolt just came out, so with everyone scrambling to come up with new brews and augmenting their favorite builds, I'd like to find out if its possible to build an Artifact Mill deck. Preferably U/B/W. I've seen a lot of cards that can help but i need help to bring the idea to fruition, if you guys can help that'd be great!

So how are you actually intending to mill? You post nothing to give people a start or any standard context and looking, the set doesn't have any mill support so I would say, no.

It's easiest for me to help you if you build a rough deck for me to look at and help you tweak.

I'm seeing far too many posts like yours that come up with an idea, then wait for someone else to do the hard work of putting a list together.

Argeaux yeah i understand, I've been trying to put together a list myself, going through all the standard legal sets, trying to take advantage of every set
