Red mid?

Is it feasible to make a mono-red deck that isn't weenie goblin rush? Something like (and/or using cards out of the maybeboard library):

Red has access to a lot of good 3 and 4 drop creatures. The question is really why would you want to play something like that when you'll likely just get walled by the big green things we see running around? Oh, and normal red decks could just duck under your curve. Still, tier 2 midrange is possible. The support exists for it. You'd maybe go even-ish at FNM with it.
