I'm thinking of another prototype to homebrew! I am thinking of a Red- blUe Control Deck, with dragons!
For starters, thinking of 4x Jace, Vryn's Prodigy Flip and Ugin, the Spirit Dragon, and Sarkhan, the Dragonspeaker, and also maybe 2x Chandra, Fire of Kaladesh Flip.
Other's I probably want would be Chandra's Fury, Draconic Roar, Roast, Sarkhan's Triumph, Anger of the Gods probably 2-4x of any those... I haven't even begun with any R dragon ideas to include...
What's everyone think? Any card ideas to add?

Thank you... Icefall Regent is one of my favorites... I actually have 4x of them! They got expensive as I kept buying them. What about Icefall with a combination of 4x Negate and 4x Silumgar's Scorn? As anything tries to cast against Icefall, hopefully I can protect. With Thunderbreak Regent present however, at least opponent takes damage casting against either.
Thanks for input.

To be honest Red doesn't provide very good control. It's either a fast beatdown color, or a finisher/win con color. At least right now in Standard.
You definitely won't need Sarkhan's Triumph though. What you need is all the control spells u/r has to offer. You'll eventually draw your dragons. But before you can drop them you need to control the board.
The problem with Red "kill" spells is that you have to make the decision to either kill a creature or go for direct damage. Do you Lightning Bolt their Mantis Rider or do you save it to kill the player? You can't play any other strategy if you plan on using a ton of burn spells. Right now in Standard, life gain is everywhere. It worked in last year's Standard because you could muck up the board with Young Pyromancer and tokens.
But I would probably mainboard a couple Anger of the Gods, Roast, Lightning Strike, and Wild Slash. You can finish out the 4-of's for each card in the sideboard.
As for your dragons: Someone mentioned Thunderbreak Regent and Icefall Regent but I'd also play Stormbreath Dragon although he's about to rotate. He should be cheap though and worth the investment if you don't plan on playing competitively. Definitely play 2-3 Sarkhan, the Dragonspeaker. Hell you could even play a 1-of Lightning Shrieker.
As for blue I'd include Silumgar's Scorn, Dissolve or Clash of Wills, Disperse or Whelming Wave/Displacement Wave as your boardwipe/unsummon, and any draw spells like Dig Through Time. Honestly you could probably play a couple Magmatic Insight as your draw spells. Insight also fuels Delve for Dig Through Time.
And since it's a control deck I'd play 25-27 lands. Put a list together and we'll see where else it may need tuning! Good luck!

Well, you do not have too many option in UR. Icefall Regent and Thunderbreak Regent (aka the cards that became unplayable since the printing of Languish). Also 4 Silumgar's Scorn is a must.
