Selesnya Humans card choices

So I've been tinkering around with a Selesnya Humans build on the good ol' cockatrice for awhile, and I think I have my list pretty much hammered out, except for one slot. Lambholt Pacifist Flip or Hanweir Militia Captain Flip? I have plenty of scenarios with each where I go "man, if only I was playing ____" here. I'm not running much token creation and Hanweir doesn't synergize very well with Always Watching , but it can also be simply bonkers if it flips and I have a Thalia's Lieutenant in play. Thoughts? Comments? Snide remarks?

I'd also go with the captain because if it flips it's still human, you if it's the only creature on the field you can still attack with it, and as you said when she flips she's bonkers

I would say the captain because it is always a human, it can get huge, and also poops out humans

Do you honestly find yourself with many In-game situations where the captain will actually flip? I ended up removing the captain from my GW humans list but am still no 4 Lambholt Pacifist Flip. It just seems like one is so much more stable and reliable than the other.
Also, dat synergy with Always Watching and Thalia's Lieutenant and even Gideon, Ally of Zendikar!

Well that's kind of the issue. Because when I AM in that position (which does occur) and I'm running Lambholt, I'm like man what if I had Captain.
Lambholt does really synergize well with the deck...I just wish it was still a human upon flipping. It's a really close call for sure. Heck, getting rid of Consul's Lieutenant and playing BOTH is even an option.

What problems do you arrive upon by having it become non-human?

Do you have a decklist that we can look at? That might help with giving better advice.

Well it just doesn't gain some of the bonuses. Thalia entering, Sigarda, and so on. In my build I'm also only running a total of six ways to get the Pacifist to a 4/4, so she doesn't attack quite as much as she would in your build. There are upsides and downsides for both in my opinion.

@Havok.Bane I haven't posted it to the site yet, but I could. The two main cards I'm looking at adding are Hanweir (obviously) and Dromoka's Command.

I, personally, would go with the Captain. I don't really have a good reason, that's just the choice I would make.
