Skipping the "White Weenie" pun and just asking for help...

I have a deck, Hast Thou Seen the White Weenie?, and I need some help making final decisions with it. My biggest concerns are these:

Do I have enough lands at 16 plains and 4 Flooded Strand? Do I need to add more? And is Nykthos, Shrine to Nyx even necessary in this build? I've tried it and sometimes Nykthos actually holds me back from playing some of the white-heavy mana costs I have. But I see the benefits of having it for things like Secure the Wastes and Heliod, God of the Sun, etc.

The other question I have regards Citadel Siege. Should I keep it? Or get rid of it for land #21, or any of the other cards I listed in the deck description/maybeboard?

I really do appreciate any and all help, because this deck is more or less where I want it to be, I just was hoping to get some outside opinions on these issues, or any others that you may see when looking at the deck/sideboard. Even if it's something I didn't mention, if you think there's a better solution, please let me know! Thank you!
