I'm trying to get feedback from my standard elves deck with figuring out what to add / drop to make it optimized. The goal is to have it be just as quick, if not quicker than Green Stompy and Red Rush. Any feedback is greatly appreciated.

Awesome deck! I am not sure if your idea of being faster than Red rush is all that easy to do. however, if that is your goal I suggest taking out Vivien Reid because it does not really help with that plan. You could put in Shaper's Sanctuary because you don't have that many ways of getting cards. Alternatively, you could play Blossoming Defense but I personally am a fan of Shaper's Sanctuary.
