I'm not a great deck builder, but my love for Kiora has me pining to build control again, despite my inexperience with the archetype.

Kiora is extremely midrange, not control

I've playtested my list and she works pretty well in this build, perhaps a midrangey control? I mean, almost all control decks don't start working until midrange anyhow.

Yeah, take Kiora out. You have absolutely nothing to do with her +1 and more than 50% of your deck whiffs on her -2.

Also, I'm not sure how you managed to build a Sultai control deck but left out perhaps the best card Sultai control has: Sultai Charm
