The Right way to Play Elves (Need Help with Sideboard)

I know what you may be thinking. "Why would a Standard deck be the right way to play elves?" Well, I'll tell you.
Standard elves may seem like it might be lacking in the pain train as of late, but that's because it doesn't have good enough protection. I see a lot of elf decks being made but they forget to add at least some sort of protection against cards like Anger of the Gods or End Hostilities. That's why I feel like adding Thoughtseize main deck is crucial in order to survive. Not to mention adding a couple of hidden gems for a late game surprise if needed. That's why I chose to add cards like Garruk, Apex Predator and Liliana Vess for the right ability at the right time.
Now, here's my problem. I am absolutely terrible at adding the sideboard. I never know what to add in the deck at the right time. That's why I'm really here. Would anyone be willing to help?

If you also see some things that need to be changed in the main board, feel free to let me know. I have been wanting to get back into standard for a while now, but I never really like any of the decks that are out there currently. I feel like this deck would be a great restarting point for the standard game.
