Thoughts on Grixis deck(s)?

I'm just getting back into MTG after many years, played alpha - alliances or so and dabbled a bit during mirrodin. I mostly quit because all my cards got stolen, usual story. I always enjoyed control decks, used to play U/B or R/B with a bit of G/B quick kill when dark ritual was legal. I've been studying all the newer cards and was going to go with a U/B control dragon deck, but when I saw the nice little additions of red I decided to try to throw some of that in the mix.

I don't have all these cards yet so I'm just theorycrafting at this point and would love some advice/incite on my deck. I think there's a bit too much black, not enough red, and I don't like my land setup, but without actually having the cards to play yet, I'm trying to decide where I want to go with it.

Here's sort of what I'm going for, but I keep editing it all the time: Slow GrixisThanks!

I wouldn't play Kolaghan, the Storm's Fury, you don't really have enough dragons to make her ability useful and she's not ideal in a control deck anyways. Icefall Regent on the other hand is great in control decks, or if you want to focus more on red then Thunderbreak Regent and Stormbreath Dragon would work.

I was originally making an all black n blue version that had Icefall Regents, but then with the addition of Languish I wanted all my dragons to be able to survive it. Thunderbreak Regent is amazing, but then I'd definitely have to cut down on the Languish. So I guess it's either go heavier on control or heavier on dragons
