Zada, Hedron Grinder decks have always been a blast to play, but they've never been remotely competitive. I'm hopeful that may change now, with the addition of Mirrorwing Dragon.
I've got four Zada brews going, and I'd love your thoughts on which one may be best.
- A Werewolf deck built around Silverfur Partisan + Zada, Hedron Grinder : Certainly the most explosive and fun to play, but even with Mirrorwing may be too soft for EMN Standard.
- A Rakdos Dragons-matter deck: Currently needs the most work ... I know it could be stronger, but not sure if it can be made strong enough for EMN Standard.
- An Investigate deck, that started with Confront the Unknown + Zada, Hedron Grinder and just kind of grew from there: Surprisingly strong. But is it strong enough?
- A Prowess deck, with Zada and Mirrorwing for added leverage: Still needs a lot of work, but may have the most potential (Unblockable? Wandering Fumarole? Counterspells for Emerge creatures? Yes please!).
Thanks in advance for your thoughts and suggestions!
