Tormenting Voice vs Magmatic Insight

I'm wondering which of these two would be better for this deck : What awaits those who would challenge the Horde??. Also curious about Sandsteppe Outcast vs Mardu Hordechief. Any other general deck help would be greatly appreciated as well.

I say the outcast is better because it's more versatile than the chief. Sure, the chief is good in warrior decks, but you have to attack in order to use his ability while the outcast doesn't. Not to mention that the outcast spits out a flier.
