Trying Control

Hi All,

I've never been one to run control and thought I'd give it a try. I am hoping for suggestions on Grixis Control. I've got some removal, some card draw/selection, some ways to end the game eventually, some counter. Am I missing anything or is it just not very good? Any advice/help would be appreciated.
