UR Thermo Thing vs. Aggro Help

I played Pedro Carvalho's UR Thermo Thing today at GameDay and need some help against the sideboard against Aggro. My two losses were against BR Vampires and WR Humans. Both we're pretty bad blowouts. Any thoughts on the sideboard for it?
*For reference, I did not have Jace, Vryn's Prodigy Flip so I played Bedlam Revelers in his place.
I'm thinking Seismic Rupture or Weaver of Lightning, but don't know what to move. Thoughts?
His updated. But with 1 Negate in place of 1 Nahiri's Wrath in the board and the Bedlam Revelers in for Jace, Vryn's Prodigy Flip.

I have no idea what that Vampires list looks like, so I'm just going by my intuition.
I think Weaver of Lightning isn't amazing against the Vampires list because it just doesn't trade well with a lot of their creatures, especially the ones that get huge. It could be okay against Humans but it has the chance of immediately being Declaration in Stoned so that you spent your turn 3 making a Clue token, which is a bit of a blowout.
Seismic Assault could probably be fine against Humans since they're all initially tiny, but I'm unsure the usefulness against Vampires. A lot of their curve toppers survive, and I'd rather have Nahiri's Wrath just going in unknowingly.
(Also this is just a minor thing but I'd rather have the third Nahiri's Wrath rather than the third Dispel in the side.)

Aren't vampires a bunch of 2/1's and 4/1s? Or have they gotten bigger butts since SOI and I just haven't noticed, cause Weaver of Lightning was in my sideboard for just that reason, plus it eats spirit decks for breakfast.
The aggro human match is the worst one for UR, my brewed version used a maindeck Chandra, Flamecaller to close the game after I dumped all my actual burn on their creatures to keep the board clear. Thankfully I only played against BW control and ramp/delerium/emerge decks on the day and Chandra still did a ton of work in the late game of those matches

After some talks, I may look at something like Sphinx's Tutelage and Displacement Wave and become a control/mill deck. Thoughts?

Were you playing a list closest to his original or his updated list?
