UW Control -> UWC Tokens

So I want to change this deck:

From Control to Tokens. So I want to add in 4 Gideon, Ally of Zendikar, 1 more Jace, Vryn's Prodigy  ^Flip, 3-4 Immolating Glare, and another Secure the Wastes, and make the best out of all of the above. How should I best do that?
