W/B Fabricate Other Options

I want to build a version of SaffronOlive's W/B Fabricate Budget Magic, with a few changes based on cards I own. Anyway, I wanted to know thoughts on a few specific cards. Is it worth splashing green for Armorcraft Judge? Is Panharmonicon good enough? Aviary Mechanic/Acrobatic Maneuver/Decoction Module: Worth it? Inspired Charge for the go wide win?
