What are some good budget standard decks?

I want to get into Standard, but don't want to spend a lot of money on a W/U Flash deck, the best deck. Are there any Standard deck that work well and don't cost that much? I know R/G Pummeler is a potent option too, thinking of buying that.
So less of a pummler build and more of an aggro/midrange build?

Clockwurk,
For these kind of questions, I always recommend the Standard metagame page, over at MTGgoldfish. You can see representative decks (and usually, gameplay videos) for all the top decks, with budget decks called out separately.
Personally, I REALLY enjoy Pummeler. SaffronOlive's Poisenless Infect build is a great (and inexpensive) place to start.

Here is one such example of the deck by the user clayperce.

Personally I would prefer to use Bristling Hydras in the maindeck probably just in case you can't always win with the Pummeler. This should give you an idea of how to build such a deck anyways. If you have any questions feel free to ask, as I myself am building such a deck in an attempt to convince my brother to become involved in standard.

I hadn't thought of suggesting that, yes SaffronOlive's poisonless infect is in fact the deck I was basing the one off of that I was building for my brother. It's a good example.

So what do you think is better, the "poisionless infect" build with pummeler or a more midrange build that is less reliant on combat tricks and Pummeler.

Clockwurk,
It really depends, on ...
- Your meta (e.g., the more generic Energy builds did better at Pro Tour Kaladesh than the Pummeler builds, but at this moment, the Pummeler builds are kicking butt at my favorite LGS)
- Your personal playstyle (e.g., do you prefer piloting a more Aggro/Combo deck or a more Midrange/Value one)
- Your cards on hand/cash in wallet (e.g., a deck like Shaun McLaren's Gruul Energy is going to cost more than most Pummeler builds).
One more thought: There's a lot of overlap in the decks too, so (for just a tiny bit more $) you can easily build and try both.

Clockwurk,
Another couple thoughts, that nobody's mentioned yet: UR Fevered Visions Machinegun (#2 at GP Santiago) and Metalwork Colossus Affinity (Top 8 at GP Santiago) are also great budget deck options.
_Delta_ says... #2
R/G energy is your best option. As decks like U/W flash, and G/B delirium can yes be costly.
