I am basing a deck around managorger hydra and hardened scales. Counters...lots and lots of counters. And then giving flying. I could definitely use some tips.

You should swap out the Tranquil Expanse with Canopy Vista; really there's no point in having 6 ETB tapped lands and will just slow you down (the vistas are conditional ETB tapped and you should be able to apply them right away), I can see the Expanse being applied post-rotation, but not right now

I built this U/B/W Mockery deck specifically to deal with 4-Color Rally. It's been testing pretty solidly so check it out and chime in. Could use some help with spells and sideboard to bring it to it's full potential. :)

7 words This. Deck. Is. All. Over. The. Place you got kytheon and ulamog IN THE SAME DECK that just doesnt work like that lol. I think you need to decide do you want ramp or do you want counters. Its nice to have a "top end" and " early game" but not both on completely opposite ends of the spectrum. here is something if you want to play a hardened scales counters deck its pretty fast pretty consistent and honestly not expensive falconer gives you flying and of course you can change this as you see fit and nor is it the most optimal list but itll get you started on a more focused deck. However if you want to play all these cards by all means do so its your deck magic is all about you and what you want to do but with your descirption here its ounds like you want something more similar to the link above.
