make the deck and we can help you out more because this would be based on the build of the deck but imo neither card is good enough to add to a boros deck with the current value we already have.

if you play aggressive creatures turn 1-4 then Angelic Overseer would be the better option as Angelic Skirmisher would be too expensive to cast to effect the board when she hits (if she ever does). the skirmisher is more suited for a deck that will use some form of a mana acceleration turns 1 or 2.

But both options would be rather bad as the overseer is also more for a midrange type of deck that will give her some weapons or auras, Hellrider or Thundermaw Hellkite would be better options for a boros deck's top end.

well i have 2 Gisela, Blade of Goldnight and 2 Aurelia, the Warleader i was just looking for another angel as a big game changer i like overseer for the fact its power is 5 and as long as i have a human (which with boros shouldnt be hard) is hexproof and indestructable but i like how with skirmisher i can give my creatures lifelink or first strike or vigallance during combat. i am a big fan of indestructible if it helps i have 3x aurelias fury 3x Boros Reckoner 2x Mikaeus, the Lunarch its not finished i have all the boros cards in the set so i could do anything with this deck i could make a indestructible deck with Rootborn Defenses , Frontline Medic Avacyn, Angel of Hope ... i really want Boros Reckoner and Mikaeus, the Lunarch in the deck thats for sure

any deck that is built to effectively run Frontline Medic or Mikaeus, the Lunarch isn't built for a 6+ cmc top end, you want to win quickly, meaning before you can ever cast any sort of expensive creature, resulting in any time you draw said expensive creature you've basically skipped your drawstep.

As Demarge said, Boros can't really survive in Standard as a non-aggro deck. You could go for American control, which would allow you access to cards like Supreme Verdict and counterspells. That approach would give you the longevity to survive and actually play creatures like Aurelia, the Warleader and Gisela, Blade of Goldnight . If you plan to stick to just WR for Standard, though, I have to say you'd be better off without any CMC5+ cards at all.

Actually Epoch I didn't imply Boros can only be an aggro deck in the current standard, it is possible that a Boros deck could easily be midrange or even control with the current pool, whether the pool is strong enough to ignore the benefits of Farseek or Thragtusk would yet to be seen. Red/White also still has many good board wipes to choose from like Terminus (which with Boros Charm around might be a better option than Supreme Verdict ) or the cheap Rolling Temblor to deal with small armies (or Magmaquake or Blasphemous Act or Bonfire of the Damned )

Also aurelia and Gisela are not really end game bombs a control player would really be looking for, Angel of Serenity or Drogskol Reaver would be considered long before the two angels that work best in creature heavy strategies.

As for the playing without 5+ cmc spells for a boros aggro deck, Thundermaw Hellkite would actually be an ideal top end.

Perhaps I took some liberty with the application of your statement. I should rather have said that aggro can't survive with non-aggro choices; cards like Aurelia and Gisela are just beyond what an aggro strategy can accommodate without weakening the deck as a whole.
