Are they leaving? Or are they always in standard?
Rotation happens in the first set of every new block.
Kaladesh will call for the rotation of DTK and ORI. So yes they will rotate out with ORI.
The next rotation following won't be until the set codenamed Barrel comes out after Aether Revolt, which will rotate out the BFZ block.

I am playing a black eldrazi deck in standard and i use Llanowar Wastes and Caves of Koilos to fix for balck and colorless. Im worried about losing them and having no support or replacement.

Painlands are rotating but I would be shocked and disgusted if they didn't give us some decent enemy colored fixing in Kaladesh.

Plenty of lands out there that produce colorless with strong effects still exist.
Corrupted Crossroads and Crumbling Vestige will be helpful. You'll also have Shrine of the Forsaken Gods, Westvale Abbey Flip, and Warped Landscape.

Potentially. Could just be new lands in general. Lot of potential with the world of Kaladesh. It's a very rich environment and we only go ta taste of it during Origins.

As soon as they were gonna rotate out last time Wizards out them back in.
Who knows what will happen this time.

It's worth noting that nothing is ever "always in Standard" (with the exception of basic lands, which are reprinted every block).

TMBRLZ Corrupted Crossroads is good for fixing but unless your playing alot of Devoid then it won't help with actual color fixing lol

The pain lands won't be reprinted in Kaladesh, because some of them are locations on Dominaria (Caves of Koilos, Shivan Reef, and Llanowar Wastes). We might, however, get something like enemy colored Fast lands (Seachrome Coast, Razorverge Thicket, etc.) or Battle lands.

Also, Evolving Wilds can find Wastes in addition to Swamps.

Wizards indicated recently that they are going to try to always have lands that will ETB tapped, and then be able to tap for one of two colours.
Like Forsaken Sanctuary.

Argh! But thats too slow for me! Lol. Well i guess im playing with basics and not mess around with fixing until an obvious fixer comes. Ill try Vestige and evolving wilds post rotation.

Faceless_Being - He was asking in regards to his Eldrazi deck, so I'd go ahead and guess there's enough devoid spells in the deck.

Something to note, as well.
Many of the Pain Lnads have names that are specific to locations on Dominaria.
Since WotC is reluctant to do a block that returns to Dominaria, it is unlikely that the Pain Lands (enemy or allied) will be reprinted in a Standard set any time soon.
They could print 'functional reprints' with different names... I'm just not sure what effects in may have in the long run. - Adarkar Wastes was used in Eldrazi deck (when it was a thing). How much more benefit would it have had if it could have used 8x copies?... what are the chances that another deck in the future might take to one of these lands... will having 8x copies make it too strong?

... I hope WotC get's playful with the Uncommon/Common "Enters the Battlefield Tapped" land.
Something like "ETB-tapped, unless your (or perhaps an opponents) life total is less than (some number)"
They would have to be careful not to make the easily abused.

Pain Lands are leaving, but lands like Meandering River are staying.
