So would Pack Rat and Pharika, God of Affliction friends? I can see a B/G deck that uses this neat combo Pack Rat discard a creature Pharika, God of Affliction makes a Nyx snake which triggers Eidolon of Blossoms which adds fodder for Pack Rat tokens. is this good? or is it a bad combo? lol

I would play it for funsies. I don't think it can be quite competitive, but it'd be something awesome to take to FNM. I think the deck would more work like a Golgari Constellation, with Eidolon of Blossoms being central to the deck as the engine that keeps it going. Then it's fueled by a dredge subtheme, say an enabler in Nyx Weaver (enchantment) to make use of Strength from the Fallen and Pharika, God of Affliction . Then a solid threat in Master of the Feast (also an enchantment) and good disruption in Brain Maggot (also an enchantment). Then Whip of Erebos as an alternative to make use of Pack Rat discards and Kruphix's Insight for serious draw power + dredge. Maybe even Courser of Kruphix or Boon Satyr make the cut. Then the obvious removal of Hero's Downfall and Abrupt Decay , with Bile Blight as a good option. Heh, maybe even Extinguish All Hope .
Wait a second this sounds awesome. BRB building this deck immediately. Wish me luck.

If anyone was interested, it took me roughly 5 minutes to throw together this template. I'm already in love with this deck.

SCORE: 1 | 0 COMMENTS | 1 VIEWSFeel free to give it a test and see how you like it. It plays a very aggressive strategy, trying to land a Master of the Feast or Pack Rat to win the game early on. There's even enough devotion to activate Pharika, God of Affliction and get stompy. The rest of the cards basically play a supporting role, keeping their path clear and your defenses up while fueling each other in some amazing synergies.

Yeah, I think some form of Golgari Constellation will see decent play. The Pack Rat combo is too slow for competitive standard but Im sure there are other variations to make use of Pharika, God of Affliction and Eidolon of Blossoms

This would be a really fun combo in EDH. Say maybe junk tokens?

Maybe in EDH, but too slow for Standard. It's a 5 mana+discard combo, plus the mana costs for the actual cards. As I said though, EDH.
