Best cards to beat Jund Midrange and UWR Flash

I'm trying to decide what deck to run against these decks. I'm mainly looking at aggro: mono-red, mono-white humans (Brave the Elements ), Boros Humans, and Azorius Humans (with Geist of Saint Traft ). My decks test well against Jund Midrange, 50/50 or better in game 1 (although I need to test the mono-red some more).
So I'm probably looking at Blue, Red, and White spells that I could put in my sideboard. I'm leaning blue because I can side Essence Scatter for Jund and Dispel for UWR Flash. What else could I run in sideboard to win these matchups? I don't think I'd consider green (I don't have the cards), but black might be another option.
Black also gives you Appetite for Brains , Duress , as well as more creature removal for taking out Boros Reckoner or any of Jund's creatures.

When constructing a sideboard, you must think in terms of "what is my deck weak against and how can I improve that situation?". This means what interactions are you weak against such as (but not limited to the following): board wipes, planeswalkers, running out of gas if the game goes past turn 6, etc
Once you determine THAT factor, then it becomes easier to build the sideboard for each matchup. Just because a Rest in Peace is great against some decks doesn't mean it's going to be great as sideboard tech for you (I'm assuming you are running Moorland Haunt for this example in the U/W Humans deck).
Jund has a LOT of good top deck cards in the mid to late game. You have to deal with them early if you're going to run aggro so a lot of haste creatures is paramount. also as suggested previously, Burning Earth is a great card to use against them as their mana base will be almost ENTIRELY non-basic lands

Encroaching Wastes has been working for me against Jund - especially if they already missed a land drop, or if you want to get rid of Kessig Wolf Run . I'm not saying it'll work for every deck, but it's an option.

Yeah my mono-white deck even runs one Encroaching Wastes in mainboard. It seems decent against Jund.
I'm working on a B/W Humans aggro deck right now. I'm going to test it against Jund and see how it does. Black definitely opens up some nice sideboard cards.

The B/W humans aggro was about 50/50 vs Jund.
But this one wins 70% against Jund Midrange in game one: The Jundslayer (WRB Humans Aggro).
The sideboard plan is to side in Appetite for Brains , Legion Loyalist , and Spare from Evil . Side out some 2-drops with 1 toughness.

If you have Appetite for Brains and Lifebane Zombie in your sideboard and have a reasonable amount of removal, then Jund is not a very scary deck. Seriously, Lifebane Zombie is amazing (and the fact that it destroys Junk Reanimator is only a bonus). The only thing it doesn't hit is Olivia, but that's what Appetite and removal are for.
If you don't play black, play red and use Burning Earth . The problem with this one is that they probably got something good out before you played it, so take that into account.

Pithing Needle is a great sideboard card for Jund matvh ups because it shuts down Olivia Voldaren , Liliana of the Veil and Kessig Wolf Run
