I've pulled a pair of Elspeth, Sun's Champion and really want to build a competitive deck around here. I am just taking suggestions on the best deck to run with Elspeth

The thing with Elspeth is she can really fit nicely into just about any deck that runs white. You could run Azorius or Esper control, Selesnya, American, White Weeney. It really depends on what other cards you have and what play style you like.

Azo or Esper control, IMO.

See kmcree s answer, because it's right. Elspeth can do so many things for White decks they she goes just about anywhere.

Don't forget Orzhov :) Yet overall she fits well as a finisher in Control archetypes. From personal experience, she's best used in Orzhov and Azorius control, but she's very versatile. Mind you that you need to be sure you can drop a cost-6 card. This usually takes a land count of 25 or more. Therefore I'd strongly advise you against using her on White Wheenie or any fast deck. She's a finisher of slow games, keep that in mind.

Elspeth makes a great win condition for any UWx control deck, but it also fits into any midrange/ramp deck that includes white (I run it in U/W/R control, and in Bant midrange).
