BFZ Bant early tempo, late game agression

I want to make a deck based off of Noyan Dar and Kiora, based on the fact that i can untap two lands if i make a land a creature with noyan dars ability with instants and sorceries to trigger the merfolk ally. I would obviously add both Dromoka's Command and Ojutai's Command but I need other ideas for tempo and draw spells. And a Gideon to get perma buff on field. Suggestions are welcome.
