Black/ blue card to remove artifact?

Is there any kind of black blue card to remove artifacts? I keep having problems of being witchbane orb and I have no way to get around it. Any suggestions without splashing green into my deck theres no room for that in the deck.

Cyclonic Rift + counterspell. That's really your only way.

splash red for those premium kill spells and Rakdos Charm s.
