So does anyone know why he jumped so high in price?

That makes sense, I looked up the top 8 from this past weekend and 3 top 8 decks ran it. I figured it had something to do with being hard to remove and it's value in game. Well time to get rid of mine lol.

Wait until the pro tour decks are released! I guarantee you will be seeing a lot of them running this guy. I believe it's only a week or two away. Get rid of it then if you're not going to use it. The big synergy I see with him is taking on a fatty or a overcharged burn spell and then making him indiestructible with boros charm.

I've already seen a few decks using the synergy of Boros Reckoner soulbonded with Nearheath Pilgrim and either Boros Charm or Frontline Medic

Yea, frontline medic works so well with him, too. I'm honestly thinking about running mine. I was lucky enough to pull one in my gatecrash box and grabbed another in a booster draft.

I probably will hang on to them, seeing as how I'm not making a standard Boros deck anytime soon. Thanks guys

Boros Reckoner has been a solid answer for Thragtusk in my area. Also Boros Reckoner has seen a lot of play in red deck wins, B/R zombies, B/R aggro in my area. No need for Rakdos Keyrune when you have Boros Reckoner

It's Boros's answer to tempo decks. You can't effectively burn it or bowl it over with fatties, and it's a constant thorn in the sides of many tier 1 decks.
Standard price fluctuations disgust me, but I can see hype and relatively low supply contributing to the price spike.
