B/U mill equip

I am working out a dimir color mill deck. Should I be running Runechanter's Pike or Trepanation Blade ? Or both? I don't want to take too many slots up with equipment so it would be. 2 of of each if both. Also, what are the best mill spells to use and what to avoid? And yes, Jace, Memory Adept will be part of the build.

I run trep blad. Personally I like it more. Check out, The Apprentice's Workshop - Episode 8 for some good tips. I also have a dimir deck if you are interested: Dimir's Creed.
