Budget Decks in Standard?

Budget decking is a really tough thing at the moment because of expensive staples like the shock lands, but what are some good competitive budget decks (maximum 200$) in Standard?

With a budget of $200, there are a lot of really decent decks you could make. Basically all of the top standard meta decks right now could be done with about that much money. Rackdos/jund zombies, 4 color reanimator, and bant midrange can all be done with that much but as long as you go with the m13 dual lands, shock lands if you have them, or pull them in packs, and maybe not have 4x Bonfire of the Damned and Jace, Architect of Thought you should be pretty good. If you are looking super budget then it only leaves you with rakdos aggro being basically on of the only workable one with potential to win a decent amount.

Stalkers mill or Azorius Scuffle , try looking at my budget decks for inspiration, all you really have to do is make a deck that can handle situations that exist in your areas meta game and you can build a solid deck from there with cheap cards. (note that my decks arent built with a budget in mind, i just build them like that naturally).

Here, B/r Control Pike/Staff. My current standard deck that is a beast and uses good cards. It's only like 8$ above your budget.

My golgari splinterfright deck is pretty cheap, with most of the creatures for under a buck.4x splinterfright, 4x ghoultree, 4x kessig cagebreakers, 4x mulch, 4x grisly salvage,4x arbor elf, and 3x gnaw to the bone. Some more expensive or optional cards include deathrite shaman, ulvenwald tracker (aka "fight bear"), disciple of bolas (great with ghoultree), jarad, golgari lich lord, vampire nighthawk, lotleth troll.
The most expensive part of my deck is the dual and shocklands. The sideboard is cheap too. It really only consistently loses the hard graveyard hate, like RIP and rakdos charm. Those are mostly sideboard cards, so its a great deck for g1.
I forget how to link decks, but its Golgari Fright

I pretty much only work with budget decks, being a student and all.
My personal deck is deck:dead-marshes.
My boyfriend uses Infectious Courage (with only one Isolated Chapel and Sublime Archangel , heh).
Really cheap: Fall From Grace and deck:imperial-eyes. To make those less budgety, there are lots of cards that could be swapped, such as Geist of Saint Traft in Imperial Eyes and Olivia Voldaren in Fall from Grace.

To Err Is Human... is $116 and is beat pretty rarely. Basically white weenie.
Stop, Drop, And Roll is $96 and is also too fast to beat for some people. Red deck for the win.
Draw Me Like One Of Your French Girls is $222, but you can take out the playset of lilianas and replace them and that would bring the price down to $158.
I'm in college, I'm broke, and I got THREE decks. That's pretty "budget" if you ask me.

Mono-green and Green-White aggro are pretty cheap, like $150 maximum, or you could try some cool mono-black Mutilate control or mono-green aggro for as low as $75.

Travis Woo Dirty Red.
As cheep as they come, plus its speed make it very hard to deal with.
