I'm making a green/white aggro/midrange deck and most build I see have thragtusk, restoration angel, and sublime Archangel but their kinda expensive so I need something that could work. I replace Archangel with my angel of jubilation any ideas would be great thanks.

It would he helpful if we knew what deck you were talking about. I assume you're referring to Standard.

I've had a lot of success with Vorapede . It's more mana-intensive and not as effective but it works because of its undying ability. If you're looking for the blinking effect of resto, Cloudshift works but you don't get the big body.

For a competitive standard there really isn't a budget option to Thragtusk or Restoration Angel (Sublime Archangel hasn't seen competitive play in months) if you really want to play those colors I'd suggest going a more aggro approach, add a light dash of red, and go naya blitz with Burning-Tree Emissary .

Take a look at my selesnya aggro. Selesnya aggro on my page. That has given me success without the tusks. The thing about resto is that she blinks stuff for awesome abilities. Since you are not running thragtusk don't worry about her. Deadbridge Goliath is a good option as a 5/5 for 4cmc. Also, the angel of jubilation benefits every creature in w/g but does easily too. So I would run her. Armada Wurm is another budget friendly option. 2 5/5 bodies with trample for 6cmc. Yes, please. The tusks are dropping in price right now, too so you should try and pick one or two up in trade or buy. They are easy to get lately. I would also use wolfir Silverheart and turn even a mana dork into a huge threat. Good luck with this and enjoy

or you can go blue/green and use Ghostly Flicker , Nephalia Smuggler and Deadeye Navigator

I cant think of any white flickers other than Cloudshift . instead of fagtusk you can use Armada Wurm and flicker that for the tokens, its strong, but you dont have the life gain like thragtusk. Conjurer's Closet is another flicker. also put in some Elixir of Immortality for life gain/anti-mill

sublime archangel is only good for exalted/heavy creature decks, but you can definitely go without it.

Sublime archangel seems to me to be a win con. Not something that synergies with much besides itself and other sources of exalted

Trostani, Selesnya's Voice + Armada Wurm + Cloudshift ...budget friendly, and its a pain in the ass to deal with...thats +20 life btw in case you are wondering....

Green/White Humans is surprisingly good and dirt-cheap. The most expensive card is Champion of the Parish . The shell of the deck is:

4x Champion of the Parish
4x Avacyn's Pilgrim
4x Knight of Glory
3x Fiend Hunter
4x Rancor
4x Selesnya Charm
2x Gavony Township
4x Mayor of Avabruck  Flip

Burning-Tree Emissary can fit in the deck as well. Turn one Champion of the Parish into turn two Burning-Tree Emissary , Burning-Tree Emissary , Mayor of Avabruck  Flip is brutal.

I'd consider Advent of the Wurm over Deadbridge Goliath due to the trample. I also think Trostani, Selesnya's Voice is a good pick along with Armada Wurm . Maybe add in Call of the Conclave or Selesnya Charm to make it token based, so cards like Wayfaring Temple can become good options. These options can work well to make up for the expensive Thragtusk and Restoration Angel lol love page http://25.media.tumblr.com/tumblr_meh5muNuu01qisbuio1_500.jpg
