What colors (Post Rotation) do you feel will be the strongest? 2 or 3 colors. Personally, i feel Borzhov will be a thing, but i would like feedback
I feel some red splash cards can be stronger than blue. Yes, blue does have the counter ability, but red has things like Dreadbore and Aurelia's Fury as well as Boros Charm for taking out planeswalkers. The spot removal that red gives does help and makes it a bit more consistent.

Well, it makes me sad, but I know that so far Green isn't looking very impressive. I agree that Dimir is probably gonna be the "strongest,"

UW will probably be the strongest colours for control out of the gate. Either that or Esper

Well, anything that is playing Sphinx's Revelation and Supreme Verdict will be the most easy to play seeing as how you have a board wiper and an instant speed card draw/lifegain effect.
If the format DOES slow down more as Wizards intends it to, then I say the "Controlliest of all control decks" GRIXIS will be the best as you have Rakdos's Return , Slaughter Games , Thoughtseize , Duress etc for hand disruption
Not to mention I like Ral Zarek paired with any of the new "scry lands"

Anything with black, since design made making MBC a thing a priority. Esper control is hanging on the edge with what's the new counter spell. U/W will have good times, Grizis will have great times. UBG control might be the real deal though.
Things to consider
Hero's Downfall
Erebos
The new gorgon (board wipe)
The new ub planeswalker
Thassa
There are tons more cards in black that are playable also.
WARNING: All post-rotation decks need to wait for the dump that happens a week before pre-release, so we know all the cards in the pool to play with.

Why run three colors when you can run four? :P
American't: Land of the Free, Home of the Nope
But for your question, I've been feeling that Esper will be the best control with both the Black and Blue Gods working nicely with the deck, with Azorius and DImir following behind that (maybe Dimir ahead simply because of Thoughtseize and Far / Away
