Deputy of Acquittals: Found a Home?

So I was just thinking, what with Ephara, God of the Polis being a good reason for Azorius and Bant Flash to show up, does anybody think Deputy of Acquittals might get some time in the spotlight? Personally, I've always been a fan, and he's very synergistic with Ephara and other Flash creatures.

Heck, with 2 of them and a little bit of extra mana every turn you can always trigger Ephara. You could just use him to protect from removal/wraths, or recycle used ETB abilities. Perhaps taking an un-bestowed Boon Satyr back to hand to be bestowed again?

I just feel like now a lot of his unrealized potential could come up. Any thoughts on the matter?

I mostly play EDH...but only because Vintage is broken, which is what I played yrs ago when it was Type 1, before I quit around 2001-02

I have cockatrice flyguy, but I haven't actually used it yet except to input a couple of my decks I have listed on T/O

Deputy of Acquittals + Banisher Priest = a stack trick for Permant exile tricks.

That actually doesn't work with the wording. It has to be 2 seperate triggers, like Fiend Hunter .
