I wanted to know if the two cards that you place in your hand using Dig Through Time are considered to be drawn? In other words, if an opponent casts Dig Through Time successfully are they DRAWING two cards?

Link cards in question: Dig Through Time

The way the card is worded I don't believe the player is drawing cards, as it never specifically says draw but rather "put them into your hand." I think it's more akin to a tutor effect, but instead of searching your entire library you're limited to the top 7.

Dig Through Time

No, putting cards into your hand is not the same effect as drawing a card. Also, rules questions like this should be asked in the MTG Q&A section linked up top.

I'm going to go out on a limb here and say no. Draw is printed nowhere on the card; therefore, if you are trying to trigger something like Fate Unraveler it will not happen.
