Dissipate over Dissolve (meta calling)

Fellow control players I summon you!
Alright so I've been playing Esper Dragons for a while now and the decks that are posing the hardest fight are Deathmist Raptor
+
Den Protector
based decks, whether it be G/W aggro, devotion or abzan megamorph.
I am almost starting to think it's finally time for Dissipate to take over Dissolve. The debate had already occured when Sultai Whip was at it's climax, for U/B however, the conclusion had been that scry 1 was stronger than hating Sultai.
So the question is : does hating Den Protector and Deathmist Raptor compensate for the scry 1? Or we could also ask ourselves : does Dissipate hate enough things outside of the above (i.e. Haven of the Spirit Dragon, Ugin and its dragon counterparts, Flamewake Phoenix, Bloodsoaked Champion, and finally Sultai Whip.)
Something to consider too is that Esper Dragons has 8 scry lands compared to U/B's usual 4 to 6.
I'm deeply interested in hearing your opinions on the subject!

I think Dissipate is actually strong enough in the current Standard to be more powerful than the scry in some metagames. I think overall Dissolve is probably better for a control deck, but the metagame does have enough stuff that Dissipate hates for it to be worth it if there are several Deathmist Raptor/Haven of the Spirit Dragon decks at your store.

In a vacuum, there's more value in Dissolve. However, the prevalence of recursion in metas can justify running Dissipate instead.

with all the scry lands you are running(i assume 10-12), the scry from dissolve can be redundant

I'd say do it. The recursion is actually really really difficult to deal with.
