Does Standard have any Restricted cards?

When I played, Balance was a card on the Restricted list, but I was under the impression that Standard didn't have a Restricted list.

Now that Balance is being reprinted in the Eternal Masters set, what will they do?

EMA won't be legal in standard. The next standard legal set being released is Eldritch Moon.

Trying to imagine what Standard would look like if all of EMA was legal, even if restricted...
