does Vortex Elemental have a home?

does Vortex Elemental get played at all? I am not a fan of blue but i love this card i think it is so funny >< please tell me some good deck some where uses it :3

Play it with 4x Brave the Sands . Or bestow it on a monstrous Hundred-Handed One , you'd have to customize the card first though.

I've played it before. It works surprisingly well for deterring attacks.

It would make for an interesting 1-drop for Yisan, the Wanderer Bard to search for.

This might be interesting in a Bant deck that can ramp out counters. Target Phalanx Leader with some spells and now your Vortex Elemental becomes more of a threat to be blocked

I have never seen that card before but it looks pretty absurd when you use it with Brave the Sands !
