Draw power for Grixis?

I'm wondering what spells provide the best drawing capability for Grixis control. Think Twice , Pilfered Plans , Niv-Mizzet, Dracogenius , and Notion Thief are all pretty solid, but is there anything with more bang for your buck that I'm not aware of?
Underworld Connections and Mercurial Chemister are another two draw engine in the colors. Also don't forget about the planeswalkers: Jace, Memory Adept , Jace, Architect of Thought can still draw you cards.
I agree that Think Twice is still likely the best bet since you can hold up a counter or removal until end of turn. Though I have had Staff of Nin do good work in my Grixis control deck.

+1 Think Twice
and the jace's. the memory adept is a bit better for my money on the draw power and in a control deck the 0 is a nice.

My two favorite draw engines in standard are Underworld Connections and Staff of Nin . The Staff does great work and has saved me more than a few games in The Brutal but Brilliant, Bolas deck. Pinging to get rid of "lingerers" and mana-dorks cand do wonders against a lot of decks in the current meta. And worse case scenario, its a guaranteed 1 dmg every turn.
Underworld Connections is just Bloodgift Demon but cheaper, and OPTIONAL. That's where it gets its power. If you need to, tap it for the extra draw. If you don't need it, then you've got mana open. :) I LOVE it. I wish I had more than one so I could make room for it elswhere.

There's Think Twice , Forbidden Alchemy and Desperate Ravings . I'm a big fan of Forbidden Alchemy as it sets up the graveyard for Snapcaster Mage while digging 4 cards down. Also comes with flashback.

I run Jace, Architect of Thought in my Grixis build for card draw and he's very good at it! Think Twice is always good unless you're up against the voice.

Think Twice and Jace, Architect of Thought are probably your strongest options. Maybe Thoughtflare if you want another instant speed one.

Apparently I need a Jace, based on the mentions.
I can't run Forbidden Alchemy because I have no Snapcaster Mage s and probably never will, so that's out.
I made room in my deck for Staff of Nin immediately, it was just sitting in my binder.
Underworld Connections has always tempted me but since it has no 2nd effect (other than losing your own life), I don't think I'd ever run it. I'm probably being a big hypocrite philosophically (as in, I probably run many cards with only 1 use) but that's how I feel about Underworld.
Anyway, thanks for all the input people. Appreciated.

Toil / Trouble is fun also, and more mana-friendly than Sign in Blood

In my opinion, Think Twice is probably your best bet. Sign in Blood and Pilfered Plans are my favorites. Staff of Nin is very helpful in a controlling, grindy deck.
