Evaluate my deck, and suggestions?

This is my deck after some revisions recently. Hoping to try it out at today's FNM. Looking for some suggestions and criticisms, maybe ways to improve it or make it more efficient.

Still torn between running Augur or Delver as my star low-cost creature. Delver provides more offensive power and a solid one-drop, but Augur fuels everything else. Maybe there's a better creature to use for either situation. I don't have Snapcaster Mage.

Considering going down to 21 or 20 lands (swap out with sideboard) to put in a few more instants. Blind Obedience really adds more offense to the deck without having to attack thanks to flashbacks and the general lockdown/control theme of the deck.

If I got some Lingering Souls I could splice in black and use Thrull Parasite for more control and offense with Extort instead of using Delver, but that would be something to do in the future if I ever get the land base to support that kind of splice. I've also thought of additionally adding red for Counterflux (I love it) and Boros Charm for more offense and combat tricks, but again that requires a stronger land base.
