acbooster says... #2

acbooster for the Reckoner combo to work you need to make him Indestrutable with something like Boros Charm.

Rooftop Storm + Gravecrawler + Diregraf Captain + Bloodthrone Vampire

Sac the Gravecrawler, which makes the opponent lose 1 life. Recast for free with Rooftop Storm. Repeat.

Mythimine says... #13

For infinite life and tokens. The idea is to return, cast, or reanimate (Unburial Rites ) an Angel of Glory's Rise with a Cartel Aristocrat , a Fiend Hunter , and a Huntmaster of the Fells  Flip in your graveyard. The Angel returns all three, and you resolve their triggers, putting a 2/2 Wolf onto the battlefield, gaining 2 life, and exiling the Angel of Glory's Rise . Sacrifice your Huntmaster of the Fells  Flip and the Fiend Hunter to the Cartel Aristocrat , and when the Angel returns to play, it will return both the Fiend Hunter and the Huntmaster to play, allowing you to loop the combo, gain a huge amount of life, and put a lot of tokens onto the battlefield.

zandl says... #14

Vizkopa Guildmage + Exquisite Blood .

Sanguine Bond would not work, as it does the exact same thing as the Guildmage. In order to go infinite, you'd need both pieces to do the exact opposite thing.

assassin54853 says... #15

Thanks guys! I had no idea there were so many just in standard!

SHADOWBLADE99 says... #17

I don't know if this works but for infinite damage Guttersnipe and Increasing Vengeance .

Keep copying Increasing Vengeance and Guttersnipe deals damage...

April 14, 2013 5:45 p.m.

Bigburlybill says... #18

I don't think that works SHADOWBLADE99. When you cast increasing vengeance, you need to have a spell already on the stack for it to copy, so you would need 3 spells to achieve that.

However, Guttersnipe says, "When you cast...", so even then, it wouldn't work.

April 14, 2013 6:22 p.m.

tempest says... #19

here's infinite mill: Angel of Glory's Rise , Fiend Hunter , Undercity Informer , and Burning-Tree Emissary . basically follow Mythimine's concept but use the 2 mana generated by the emissary to sac the emissary and the fiend hunter

April 14, 2013 6:24 p.m.

Rewdog says... #20

Archaeomancer +Gilded Lotus + 2 Ghostly Flicker ; Plus either Guttersnipe , Consuming Aberration , or Quirion Dryad . Infinite spell casting of Ghostly Flicker , bouncing Archaeomancer to reccur the 2nd Ghostly Flicker and bouncing Gilded Lotus to continuously have the mana to cast Ghostly Flicker

April 14, 2013 7:36 p.m.

assassin54853 says... #21

Could you explain that in English please? I'm sorry, but I still don't quite understand.

April 14, 2013 7:50 p.m.

Mythimine says... #22

He is essentially saying with Guttersnipe it is infinite damage, Consuming Aberration is infinite mill, and Quirion Dryad gets infinite power depending on what is out. You get the chance to infinitly bounce everything.

April 14, 2013 8:26 p.m.

assassin54853 says... #23

Ok, I gotcha! Thanks man!

April 14, 2013 10:15 p.m.

Devonin says... #24

You have a Guttersnipe , Consuming Aberration or Quirion Dryad in play.

You have a Gilded Lotus and Archaeomancer in play.

You tap the Lotus to play Ghostly Flicker targeting the Lotus and the Archaeomancer. They leave play, and then come back. Archaeomancer returns Ghostly Flicker to your hand. You tap the Lotus to play Ghostly Flicker, targeting the Lotus and Archaeomancer, etc etc etc as many times as you want.

Each time, Guttersnipe is dealing damage when you play the ghostly flicker, or the Aberration is causing mill, or the Dryad is getting infinitely big.

April 14, 2013 10:27 p.m.

Cirdan13 says... #25

Infinite Mana:

Illusionist's Bracers + Captain of the Mists + Gilded Lotus

Infinite Mill:

Angel of Glory's Rise + Fiend Hunter + Burning-Tree Emissary + Undercity Informer (Can be done without the Emissary but is not infinite as the Informer costs 1 to activate)

You can also swap the Informer for a free sac outlet like Bloodflow Connoisseur , Bloodthrone Vampire , Cartel Aristocrat , Corpse Blockade , etc. and add any of the following for the stated effect:

Infinite 1/1 Soldiers: Attended Knight , Captain of the Watch
Infinite Red and Green Mana: Burning-Tree Emissary
Infinite Life: Cathedral Sanctifier
Infinite 1/1 Spirits: Geist-Honored Monk , Doomed Traveler , Elgaud Inquisitor , Mausoleum Guard
Infinite Damage: Kessig Malcontents , Rage Thrower
Infinite 1/1 Birds: Seller of Songbirds
Infinite 4/4 Angels: Urbis Protector
Infinite 2/2 Zombies Wakedancer
Infinite Mill: Selhoff Occultist
Infinite Life and Damage: Blood Artist

KingSorin says... #26

2x Archaeomancer + Ghostly Flicker + Time Warp = infinite turnsoh yeah Omniscience + well meh Omniscience is a friggin combo on it's own.seriously tho Omniscience + Enter the Infinite = opponent concedes Borborygmos Enraged in deck means you burn them for lots

April 15, 2013 5:44 p.m.

KingSorin says... #27

Time Warp + Ghostly Flicker + 2x Archaeomancer + 8 mana = infinite turns
for the Vizkopa Guildmage combos stated above, you need an instant speed enchant kill to stop the loop from becoming infinite and thus... resulting in a draw happening (the loop has a compulsory eff triggering a compulsory, meaning that they will keep trigerring even after their life hits 0 and if no player can or is willing to stop the loop, then the game ends in a draw... e.g. Keening Apparition or Smelt could stop it
Omniscience + Enter the Infinite + Borborygmos Enraged + a deck with lots of land = opponent loses (that's a good loop)

April 15, 2013 5:49 p.m.

Cirdan13 says... #28

Actually KingSorin the Vizkopa Guildmage + Exquisite Blood combo does not create an infinite loop which would result in a tie. As soon as your opponent hits 0 or less life they would lose the game regardless of whether or not the combo has been interrupted. The official rules governing this are listed below:

118.6. If a player has 0 or less life, that player loses the game as a state-based action. See rule 704.

704.1. State-based actions are game actions that happen automatically whenever certain conditions are met. State-based actions don't use the stack.

704.5a If a player has 0 or less life, he or she loses the game.

not a infinite combo but a cool one at that:

T1: Foundry Street Denizen

T2: Burning-Tree Emissary + Burning-Tree Emissary + Burning-Tree Emissary + Burning-Tree Emissary + Battle Hym + Thundermaw Hellkite

Everyone knows this combo: Infinite Mana:

Angel of Glory's Rise , Fiend Hunter , Cartel Aristocrat , and Burning-Tree Emissary then add whatever spell to use the mana with, such as, a burn spell with x, a mill spell with x, so on and so forth.

hiddengibbons says... #31

3 Fiend Hunter s (with Clone s if necessary) and Healer of the Pride . Works just like the old Phyrexian Metamorph and Leonin Relic-Warder , but its not as efficient.

Signist says... #32

Aurelia, the Warleader , Deadeye Navigator , and two mana dorks for infinite combat steps...

June 6, 2013 3:44 p.m.

ElderPeko says... #33

Use Obzedat's Aid to get your Omniscience from the grave on turn five or so. Play 2 Ghostly Flicker s and something like a Mind Sculpt or Searing Spear . Then cast 2 Archaeomancer s bringing the Mind Sculpt and Ghostly Flicker to your hand. Rinse and repeat

Angel of Glory's Rise rise has a LOT of infinte combos.

Cards to combo with = Angel of Glory's Rise , Fiend Hunter , Cartel Aristocrat (or some other sac outlet)

Humans to keep bringing back for infinite abilities:

June 12, 2013 3:45 p.m.

Khanye says... #37

It's a far fetched one but,

Omniscience + Cartel Aristocrat + Blood Artist + Deathcult Rogue = infinite life loss / gain

June 15, 2013 12:06 a.m.

KingSorin says... #38

Umm khanye... i think you got the wrong card, becuase that combo doesn't do anything. I think you mean Mortus Strider as opposed to rogue.

Yes. Yes I did

the Vizkopa Guildmage + Exquisite Blood combo is fun ive pulled it off several times and everytime the look on my opponents face is priceless

June 19, 2013 4:43 p.m.

Arcticus says... #41

Here's my newly constructed combo deck Illusioniblis Druid Combo which uses the aforementioned (Captain of the Mists + Illusionist's Bracers + Gilded Lotus ) to achieve infinite mana and then uses that mana to power an infinite damage combo, which is (Niblis of the Breath + Illusionist's Bracers + Zhur-Taa Druid ). Haven't tested it yet but seems like it might have potential :D

June 25, 2013 1:47 a.m.

clcoleman15 says... #42

It won't work illusionist bracers says you can't use it to activate mana abilities

June 27, 2013 1:34 p.m.

Rayenous says... #43

I believe he means to put the Illusionist's Bracers on the Niblis of the Mist , not the Zhur-Taa Druid . - This allows the Niblis to untap itself and the Druid.

Though he does not need the Niblis of the Mist ... if you have 2x Illusionist's Bracers , as Gilded Lotus , a Captain of the Mists , and a Zhur-Taa Druid ... you can simply put both Bracers on the Captain, use him to untap himself, the Druid and the Lotus... rinse/repeat, etc. for infinite mana and damage to opponents.

June 27, 2013 1:56 p.m.

Rayenous says... #44

... with further thought...

He doesn't need 2x Illusionist's Bracers .

If 1 Bracers + 1 Captain + 1 Lotus = Unlimited mana... he just adds... let's say 1,000,000 mana to his mana pool... then taps and untaps himself and the druid 1,000,000 times.

......you could even use something as silly as Razortip Whip or Stuffy Doll for this... or a little more practically, Staff of Nin .

June 27, 2013 2:51 p.m.

Arcticus says... #45

Hmmm, by all the gods you're right! Altering my decklist :D thanks! Can't really call it the "Illusioniblis" combo now though...

June 27, 2013 6:55 p.m.

Felixlives says... #46

Aurelia, the warleader plus deathcult rogue cyphered with stolen identity. New legendary rule allows you to chose which legend to keep. Attack with aurelia and the rogue copy aurelia sac the original attack again to continually add combat phases. You wont be dealing a lot of damage but you cypher when damage is dealt so even if they drop aurelia with combat damage you still can make a copy of her for another combat phase. I just recently built a deck with this combo have not had a chance to play it yet.
