After playing at you last nights FNM, what are some staples that your speculating will become major things. Me personally, expect to see some Kin-Tree Invocation happening A LOT
and
Were surely things I had to deal with last night, namely Butcher and Bloodsoaked. I can almost guarantee those WILL be staples

I believe in Wingmate Roc . Yes, that card. It will at some point prove, that it's really good! Just wait and see! :D

Alright, I'm not gonna lie...Crackling Doom irritates me so much, simply for the fact that my T3 5/5 or Fleecemane won't stick. Crackling doom is SOOOOOO good

I love that card....takes out the fattest ass and shocks you in the process hehehe

True enough! Wingmate Roc I think will compete with High Sentinels of Arashin for spots in Abzan decks though.

i dunno. maybe any of the ascendancies, (well, maybe not sultai quite as much), Murderous Cut
doesn't seem bad. Clever Impersonator
for sure, probably both sorin and sarkhan, Suspension Field
, Disdainful Stroke
, and Utter End
are all nice too.

Elspeth, Sun's Champion Is and will continue to be a staple.
Goblin Rabblemaster Same here.
Butcher of the Horde Is too good NOT to be a staple.
Bloodsoaked Champion Aggro will be a thing and he's awesome.
Clever Impersonator Will see widespread sideboard play.

@Dalektable: hell, Clever Impersonator could be main-decked, he's that good.

I think Rattleclaw Mystic is going to be the new mana ramp card for standard since it does everything else that Elvish Mystic can do and more.
Savage Knuckleblade will also be an always imminent threat simply because it's a 4/4 for a three drop that can gain haste, buff itself, or save itself from bad situations. It's too good not to see play in my opinion.

Rattleclaw Mystic can't provide you 3 mana on turn two.

eatyourbabes: bro, Savage Knuckleblade does it all. He's a mini-Morphling , he can trigger ferocious on turn 4, and he's faster and more of a threat than most of the already mentioned 'staples'. (i use quotes 'cause a meta hasn't quite emerged yet.)

WicKid52 I totally agree, I know personally I so ready for a major event to happen and also for MTGonline to change over as well so that I can start seeing what is meta and how things shape out. Hopefully that will also help stabilize some of the prices of cards so that we can sort out values.
I personally want to just abuse the crap out of Savage Knuckleblade ! The only problem I see with it though is that the rest of a deck using it might get pretty expensive.

i dunno. I was thinking, some sort of Temur Ascendancy /monsters hybrid might be pretty good. polukranos, surrak, all sorts of toys.

I know the day of release I went to the shop and bought play sets of the demon, crackling doom, Mardu charm, jeskai charm mantis rider, deflecting palm, abzan falconer, siege rhino, and three savage knuckle blades. Call me a dick but I was going straight for what I feel will jump in price, and what I don't want my opponents to have available without going elsewhere or packing them.

I feel it is still early to be making this kind of speculation, being that many LGS didn't host FNM last night, but rather hosted drafting. From a limited perspective, many cards have proven significant value including:
Butcher of the Horde
Bloodsoaked Champion
Savage Knuckleblade
Siege Rhino
Mantis Rider
these cards are all relatively low cost and provide great advantage at any point in a game.
