I've been drooling over this card ever since it was printed, and yet I still dont own a playset. Do you guys think it's worth investing in? Also do you think he will see play outside of standard?thanks

Thanks a lot. Trying to justify buying a playset. Do you think 4 is necessary? I mean he's a legendary, but if your opponent has any way to remove him, or you plan on board clearing you may want more.

4 Is always good to have, and it should maintain its value between 15-20 in the end because of the play he sees in modern. He is an all around solid card and you may be able to trade them off for face value right before rotation.

Geist sees a lot of play in Modern and even a little play in legacy. Having said that, his price is going to go down when "Friends" comes out and he rotates. That's not going to be for a while though. If you want to play with Geist in standard or any time soon, yes, you should get it. The card is crazy good.
