God and +1/+1 couters

Assume situation when i got a 3 +1/+1 counters on Nylea, God of the Hunt and my opponent use destroy spell on one of my permaments. Now Nylea is no longer a creature, my question is. Do she loss all couters or they stay ?

The counters still stay, they just don't really do anything till she's a creature again.

Same as putting counters on Mutavault , they stay but doesnt do anything until its a creature again.

Any type of counter can exist on any type of permanent, provided they were put there legally. Those counters stay on that permanent until an effect explicitly removes them, or until the permanent leaves the battlefield.

Sometimes those counters aren't relevant, but they remain, nonetheless.
